Perfect for longer rides or if you prefer a little extra assistance. Our e-bikes come with rechargeable batteries and offer a smooth, efficient ride for your South Caicos adventure.
Foldable Bikes
Compact and convenient — these bikes fold in seconds, making them easy to store in a car trunk or inside your accommodation.
✅ What’s Included in Your Rental
Lock: Provided with every rental to help you securely park your bike.
Helmet (Optional): Helmets are recommended for safety. Available to rent for an additional $5 USD.
📌 Important Guidelines E-Bike Rentals (Multi-Day)
Secure Storage Required
If you’re renting an e-bike for more than one day, you must provide secure indoor storage overnight. This protects the bike from weather damage and helps preserve battery life.Battery Care & Weather Protection
Keep the e-bike out of rain and always store it in a dry location when charging. Ensure the battery port is fully closed after charging to avoid water damage, which may incur repair costs.Check with Your Accommodation
Before booking a multi-day rental, please confirm that your hotel or rental property offers indoor storage options.
Road Bike Rentals
Pedal Policy
Our road bikes come with standard flat pedals or toe baskets. If you use clipless pedals, bring your own pedals, cleats, and shoes.
Note: We do not provide clipless pedals or cycling shoes.
🕒 Shop Hours
Closed on Sundays
Rentals are not available on Sundays. Please plan your rental period accordingly.
🚫 Pick-Up & Drop-Off Policy
We do offer delivery and pick-up services for an additional fee. Bikes must be picked up and returned during operating hours.
📋 Rental Policies
Identification Required
A valid photo ID is required for all rentals.Late Returns
Late returns may incur additional fees. Please return bikes on time to avoid extra charges.Damage Liability
You may be held responsible for any damage upon return. We recommend inspecting your bike before leaving the shop.
❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling
Full Refund: Available if canceled at least 24 hours before your rental.
Same-Day Cancellations: No refunds unless due to weather conditions.
Rescheduling: Must be done within 24 hours of the start time.
No Shows: Will not be refunded.
