You need a valid government-issued ID and a credit or debit card. Riders must be
at least 14 years old.
No driver’s license is required. However, all riders must follow local traffic laws
and safety guidelines.
Each rental includes:
- A fully charged E-bike
- Lock
- Helmets are available for rent for an additional $5
Cancellations that are made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full
refund. In the event of severe weather, you may reschedule or receive a refund.
The average range is 40–55 miles, depending on terrain, rider weight, and pedal
assist level
Multi-day rental pick-ups and drop-offs may or may not be available outside of
our normal business hours including Sunday. Please reach out to our team to see

Rentals are available during our retail operational hours. Monday- Saturday from
10 AM- 6 PM. Pick-ups and drop-offs outside our business hours may be subject
to an additional fee.
